To identify where this product may exist in the market, Wheelco has generated a list of customers who have purchased these affected part numbers. Your account history indicates that you may have some of this product on hand or possibly installed on vehicles.

Please read the Donaldson Filter Product Alert identification process to pull necessary part numbers off your shelf and attempt to identify any filters installed on engines. Once you have a total list of part numbers and quantities, you can return product as follows:

1. Drop off returned parts at your local servicing Wheelco location.

2. Call your local servicing Wheelco location to schedule a pick-up.

3. Return affected product directly with your Wheelco Sales Representative

Once your returned product gets back to our branch location, full credit will be issued to your account on these items. Also, please feel free to do a re-order as need for your stock. Wheelco has already removed and quarantined all affected on-hand inventory at all branch locations.

Date Codes Affected: Parts produced in Poland on or before February 24, 2020
All lube filters listed above produced in Poland on or before February 24, 2020 should be removed from your inventory, your customer’s inventory and not installed for service. We recommend filters already in use should be removed from engine at the earliest convenience. It has come to our attention that these filters have gaskets that may leak and/or allow the filter to loosen once installed.
